This program will offer insights and practices for care providers to improve their patient care. By developing their own mindfulness practices, care providers are able to bring greater awareness and less distraction to those they care for. The tools and techniques offered during this day may be shared with patients and clients, as well as be used by professionals to reduce work place stress. By developing an awareness of body, heart, mind and the nature of experience, care providers will gain tools for strengthening clarity, insight, understanding and a non-reactive attention that is a support for both personal and patient well-being.
