Now in its 33rd year, the Monday Night sitting group at Spirit Rock has been a welcoming refuge for the community to gather, hear the teachings of the Buddha and practice mindfulness meditation. We begin with 30 to 40 minutes of guided meditation, followed by a 15-minute break. The teacher then offers a dharma talk and answers questions from participants. We end with a 10- to 15-minute silent sit.

A video recording of the full evening will be made available to registered participants immediately after the program ends, and will remain available for two weeks. PLEASE NOTE: It is necessary to register ahead of time to have access to the recording.
