Mindfulness is the foundation for living with awareness, wisdom and compassion. In this two day retreat we will explore the beautiful, simple yet profound practice of mindfulness. These practices of mindful awareness are at the heart of the Buddha’s teaching. They support insight and awakening as well as bringing genuine joy and peace. Through this retreat you will learn skillful methods to establish and refine mindfulness in the body, mind, heart and in the world that support an immediacy of understanding. They form the basis for knowing how to live with freedom and peace amidst any circumstance.

The retreat will offer a variety of sitting and walking meditations, talks on meditation and time for discussions with the teacher. Suitable for new and experienced meditation practitioners.
