Given the pandemic, on this nature retreat you will receive teachings and guided nature meditation practices from Mark via Zoom (accessible via phone or laptop).

You could be meditating in your garden, on your deck or in a safe space in nature (practicing social distancing). You can practice nature meditation anywhere, even at home while looking out a window at skies and clouds, or listening to birdsong.

As we practice alone, but together, we will explore potent nature practices that open the heart and mind to impermanence, interdependence, and letting go. And we discover how nature evokes peace and calm as well as beautiful qualities of joy, wonder, and love –  so essential in these during this pandemic .

The retreat will weave together periods of guided sitting and walking meditation and mindful movement.
