In this course, Mark will teach the Foundations of Mindfulness, which form the cornerstone of any meditation practice as well living with mindfulness in the midst of life. On this course you will learn various mindfulness meditation techniques as well as understand the theory behind the practices and study how to integrate mindful awareness into everything you do.
The program will be a combination of guided meditations, lectures on mindfulness and its applications, inquiry and discussion.
The course is open to people new to meditation and experienced practitioners wanting to refresh their understanding of these key teachings and practices.
Wednesdays, 6 – 8 pm Pacific Time (9 – 11 pm Eastern Time) on Zoom
(Excluding November 25 – Break for the Thanksgiving Holiday)
Zoom sessions will be recorded and made available to participants through March 31
