During our time together, you will learn how to meditate outdoors through a variety of practices, all grounded in a mindful sensory attention which not only deepens insight but also opens the heart to a profound love for the earth and all beings.
This daylong will support you in developing a contemplative relationship to the earth, deepening your understanding of mindfulness in nature, knowing yourself as earth, and discovering nature as refuge, teacher, and source of wisdom and awakening. Come prepared for moments of awe, mystery, stillness, and unexpected delight as you discover nature’s power to inspire and awaken.
