In this contemplative one day in southern Marin, we will open to the joy, beauty and tranquility of the natural world. We will utilize various sensory awareness practices, and mindfulness based meditations to support us being present and awake to our direct experience and to the wonder and mystery of nature. Mind and heart – emotions, thoughts and reactivity; and 4. The nature of experience. Both those new to mindfulness and those experienced students wishing to renew their practice will benefit from new understanding of the key mindfulness teachings taught with this retreat.
