Tricycle’s Meditation Group is an offering for Tricycle subscribers that provides weekly meditations and small group discussions led by renowned Buddhist teachers.

This April, meditation teacher Mark Coleman will offer a rich variety of mindfulness in nature practices. During the program, you will discover how taking your meditation outdoors invites a natural, embodied, awake presence. Nature practice not only attunes us to the beauty, wonder, and mystery of the natural world, but awakens wisdom into inter-dependence, impermanence, and the selfless nature of experience. It also supports resilience, restoration, and renewal, key qualities especially needed at this time.

Each session will include a 10-15 minute talk and a 15-20 minute meditation practice. After each meditation, we will reconvene for either breakout group discussions or a Q&A with Mark. The sessions will range from 45 minutes to an hour.

Monday, April 7, 11 a.m.–12 p.m. ET

Monday, April 14, 11 a.m.–12 p.m. ET

Tuesday, April 21, 11 a.m.–12 p.m. ET

Monday, April 28, 11 a.m.–12 p.m. ET

The sessions are typically only for Tricycle subscribers, but Tricycle is offering April’s sessions for free to Mark’s community.
